Assistant Coach
Kylie Hansen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations in corrective exercise, nutrition, and habit change. Having undergone bariatric surgery 11 years ago, she brings firsthand experience and deep empathy to her coaching, understanding the mental and physical challenges of long-term bariatric success.
Kylie believes in the power of small, consistent actions and the importance of mindset, encouraging clients to prioritize both mental and physical health. Once judged for her weight and feeling out of place in the gym, she now uses her journey to guide and empower others. At Busy Bariatrics, she’s committed to helping clients face their struggles and build the habits needed to thrive.

Assistant Coach
Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who underwent bariatric surgery in 2022.
After stalling early in her journey, she joined Busy Bariatrics and, through coaching, strength training, and proper nutrition, lost over 125 lbs and transformed her health. Inspired by her success, she now helps clients build sustainable habits and reach their fitness goals with encouragement, education, and real-life insight. Lisa lives in New Jersey with her partner Jeff and their corgi Ziggy, and enjoys baking gut-friendly sourdough to fuel her workouts.

Virtual Assistant
Stacy Ironfield, Busy Bariatrics’ Admin and content curator, had bariatric surgery in August 2022 and joined as one of the first clients in 2023. After losing nearly 30 lbs and transforming into a full-on gym enthusiast, she became passionate about the program and jumped in to support with editing, communications, and backend operations.
A New England native and lifelong Pats fan, Stacy holds a Communications degree, is a Certified Life Coach, and is currently completing her NASM CPT/CNC. She has truly found her calling in helping her fellow bariatric patients live their best and fullest lives!
